The policy hitherto adopted by this Govern-

-ment in the sale of enemy property is to sell in the open market by public auction and I shall be obliged therefore if, in the absence of this method of arriving at the proper value, I can be assisted by an indication of the price to be

charged.

5. Subject to directions on the above mentioned points I see no legal objection to the sale of the trade

marks.
